Position details:

• Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
• Wax furniture and clean fixtures
• Dispose of trash and empty trash receptacles
• Perform/report minor and major repairs
• Keep buildings free from indoor pests
• Maintain cleaning equipment
• Maintain inventory of cleaning agents and equipment
• Ensure equipment and lights are switched off, and premises are locked after hours
• Maintain Green Cleaning certification by attending all required trainings

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7am-4pm (may vary)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chantilly, VA 20151: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Custodians: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
