Position details:

• Complete numerous Class A & B building inspections in and around the Wilmington, Delaware area which will include Aberdeen, Maryland, using company preferred software system.
• Inspection of building locations: including restroom, hallways, office space, lobby, stairwells, elevators etc. to ensure cleanliness of the area.
• Builds and maintains relationships among staff and clients.
• Build floor plans, barcode set-up and work order implementation for on-site supervisors and managers.
• Travel to different building locations within Wilmington Delaware & Aberdeen, Maryland. (Aberdeen Maryland Inspection visits one (1) time per month).
• Communicate directly to onsite custodial staff, including Project Managers and/or building clients.
• Job Locations: Wilmington, DE., Newark, DE., Aberdeen, MD.
• Salary: Upon Request.
• Must have reliable means of transportation.
• Training and Development is provided, ranging from Green Sustainable and Safe Cleaning Methods, Clean Telligent online software platform, Inspection and client interaction and follow-ups (via email and phone call). Additional training as needed.

Experience Level:

• Quality Control – Inspections and auditing of building facilities. 2 years preferred in specified inspection and auditing and/or related field. 

Job Type:

• Full- Time (Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm)
